Ted Kellner is Executive Chairman and a portfolio manager at Fiduciary Management Inc., an investment management firm he founded in 1980. The firm currently manages over $22 billion in assets for pension funds, endowments and trusts throughout the United States. Ted is a Chartered Financial Analyst with more than 44 years of investment experience, and also founded and serves as Treasurer and Executive Chairman of Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc., which owns more than 6,800 multi-family units in Wisconsin.
He presently serves on the boards of American Family Mutual Insurance Company, the Bradley Center, as well as the Bluecoats Foundation, Children's Hospital System, the Greater Milwaukee Committee, Medical College of Wisconsin, Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce, Milwaukee School of Engineering, Milwaukee World Festival, Inc., United Way of Greater Milwaukee, and the University of Wisconsin Foundation. He also serves as Chairman of the Metro Milwaukee Association of Commerce and Chairman of the Greater Milwaukee Committee.
He received the Woodrow Wilson Award for Public Service, and Wisconsin Business Hall of Fame Distinguished Executive Award, in 2011; Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Wisconsin Alumni Association in 1998; and the Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Wisconsin School of Business Alumni Association in 1994.
Ted holds a BBA in Finance, Investment and Banking from the University of Wisconsin School of Business.
